NTC Integration Singapore Acquires Stake in Software Exchange Malaysia

Singapore, September 9, 2015 – NTC Integration Pte Ltd (NTC) today announced that it had acquired a minority stake in Software EXC (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (SWXM) – one of Malaysia’s leading I.T. solution providers specializing in licensing and professional services. The transaction is valued at MYR 1 million.

This exclusive strategic partnership will empower both companies to better serve clients – current and future – in the 2 countries they actively operate in, and beyond. 

Based in Kuala Lumpur, SWXM has been a trusted name in the Malaysian I.T. scene since 2003. Its client base spans small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporations both local and multinational. It is also a choice outsourcing partner of I.T. companies local and overseas.
